Account Management Assistant

AQUENT's major media client is looking for an Account Management Assistant to manager bloggers contributing to its digital lifestyle networks, which cater to millennial, predominately female audiences.

The Role
This position will work with bloggers through all stages of the recruiting process, from outreach to onboarding. You will work across departments, including editorial, sales and product. The candidate will be responsible for planning, prioritizing and executing projects independently in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment.

The Candidate
We're looking for someone that is detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated. You should be a problem solver with a cheerful disposition and a positive outlook. The candidate must thrive in a busy atmosphere as part of a small, hardworking team.

Responsibilities:
Generate leads for the blogger network via email and phone communications
Effectively articulate the blogger network value proposition and guide bloggers through onboarding process
Build relationships with all bloggers to ensure member satisfaction and retention
Brainstorm brand integrations and sponsorships on the blogger network
Measure and analyze campaign performance and blogger success metrics
Understand our payment policies and systems to assist our AP team as needed and troubleshoot directly with bloggers

Qualifications:
BA in English, Communications or other relevant major
Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
Social media experience required, including blogging
Previous client or customer relationship management experience
Positive, upbeat nature
A great work ethic

Knowledge of MS Office, Outlook and Google docs strongly preferred
Knowledge of Omniture or Google Analytics strongly preferred
1-2 years of digital experience a plus
