We’re looking for a next generation Account Lead who can make people fall madly in love with brands and evolve online interactions into offline actions. Some of the primary responsibilities include:

• Create and lead the execution of the social media strategy for our client
• Lead and manage a team of 6–12 team members
• Work with leadership, creative, advertising and analytic teams
• Develop and present social activations for each marketing window
• Build collaborative relationships with the client’s integrated marketing agencies
• Manage client relationships, needs, and expectations
• Deliver on the goals and impact expectations internally and our client
• Create and manage budgets for the account
• Manage and deliver monthly impact reporting and marketing window impact reporting

Preferred experience & qualifications

• Marketing/Advertising Agency account leadership with national and/or global best-in-class brands
• Has worked with agency integration
• Successfully developed and executed social media activations with remarkable ROI and PR
• Team leadership and development
• Accountability and management of multi-million dollar budget
• Social advertising strategy and execution
• Has worked in business development, sales and delivered client pitches
