Vitamin T is currently in search of an Account Executive for our client in Metro Detroit, MI. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with our client!

Nature / Scope:

The Account Executive assists with daily client management, directing project development and execution of client brand programs according to client objectives. This opportunity manages client expectations, project financials, creative and production teams and post program reporting.

Duties / Responsibilities:

- Direct program management activities and oversee execution to ensure on-time deliverables, project financials and other client objectives are met
- Facilitate communication between Client, Account, Production, Creative and Data/Analytics while troubleshooting and problem solving at every stage of project execution
- Responsible for budget management
- Direct client interaction including managing expectations, problem resolution, program modification as well as other objectives

Skills / Experience:

- 3+ years of experience in Client / Account Management, including Direct Mail and Email as well as exposure to digital channels
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Previous customer relationship management (CRM) experience required
- Knowledge of print production and creative processes preferred
- Project management skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office specifically with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
