Boutique branding agency, specializing in mass-market retail, seeks Account Executive to serve as the liaison between the owner, designers, vendors, and clients. The Account Executive must be able to handle and adjust to all personality types, and will be responsible for estimating projects, organizing the entire office, and keeping all projects on time and in budget. Ideal candidates will enjoy multitasking and manage multiple concurrent projects. The Account Executive must be able to move quickly while staying calm and professional in a deadline-driven environment.

Duties:
Trafficking, writing and communications, vendor management, estimating, invoicing, organized, heavy client contact, work with designers and be involved in projects. The agency works with large brands, and the environment is friendly, fun, and tight-knit.

Organizes, schedules, and coordinates workflow
Provides scope of work and creative brief to the appropriate in-house designer for each project
Oversees and manages each project throughout the entire process
Ensures creative designs are consistent with company branding and client input
Builds relationships with clients and manages their perceptions and expectations
Updates client regularly on status of their project
Selects appropriate vendors, negotiates costing, and manages the outcome
Works with the owner to provide accurate project estimates
Manages budgets and invoices regularly to maintain company cash flow
Edits and proofreads for quality assurance on all items
