Account Executive

Are you an Account Coordinator or Account Exec with at least three years experience and looking to make a move? Our awesome client is looking for you!

This person is responsible for planning, executing and evaluating projects according to timelines and budgets and ensuring the quality control throughout project lifecycles.



DUTIES:
 Project management from initial to closure
 Be accountable for project results
 Maintaining daily interaction with client projects
 Be able to formulate and execute strategic plans
 Provide a project schedule to identify when each task will be performed
 Clearly communicate expectations to team members
 Managing client expectations
 Resolve and issues and solve problems throughout project life cycle
 Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved with project change order requests
 Track and report on project milestones and provide status report
 Ensure all project documents are safely archived following project completion
 Manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery of client satisfaction
