Account Executive

We are looking for multiple Account Execs to take responsibility for managing the daily processing and administration of the account. To track and monitor timelines and subsequently plan in work on daily, weekly and monthly basis. Through accurately capturing job/brief information and data you will need to ensure that data capture across all streams is accurate and up to date. You will need to effectively liaise with the stakeholder on various facets of their briefs. To be the natural ‘go to’ person regarding all detail relative to the end to end briefing process. To take responsibility of quality control in delivering against the client brief and offering feedback to the stakeholder as well as the internal supply chain. To obtain relevant assets on behalf of the account in order for the team to complete their tasks.

You will be expected to deliver quality and reliable service to your manager and colleagues

How you will spend your time
: 50% Taking and interpreting client briefs and liaising with the client to understand their requirements
20% Working with internal and external teams to ensure high quality outputs
10% Working with internal management reporting systems to produce recharge reports
10% Briefing other internal teams such as creative/studio and production departments
10% Assist with development and client presentations and provide general support
