Reports to: Account Executive
Salary Range or Level: DOE

Job Responsibilities:
• Work with Account Executive and Creative Department on client projects and business.
• Responsible for project management for full creative project lifecycles, from estimating to delivery.

Essential Duties:
• Maintain long-term relationships and day-to-day communication with a range of B2B clients from multiple client companies.
• Manage both long- and short-term projects from start to finish including: strategy, estimates, timelines, daily communication with clients and internal creative teams, and delivery.
• Manage and track project budgets—with a sense of accountability of our client’s dollars and how they are spent.
• Collaborate with creative and administrative colleagues and vendors to produce high quality, creative marketing communications.

Work Experience Requirements:
• 4+ years marketing/design agency experience.
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Thoughtful, proactive working style with “a sense of urgency” when needed.
• Experienced in agency procedures—billing time, managing multiple relationships and projects at once—both internally with staff and externally with clients and vendors.

Attributes and/or Technical Skills:
• Minimum 4 years MS office platform, including a working knowledge of software packages such as: Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
• Work in a fast-paced, multiple-project, team-focused office environment.
• Proactive—the Account Executive has highly developed project management skills so that he/she may stay ahead of the client and anticipate their needs.
• Highly organized planning—to keep projects on track and on budget. Attention to detail is key for this.
• Multi-tasker—ability to handle multiple projects and maintain fast pace.
• Adaptable—learns and respects each client’s unique style and can adapt to meet and exceed client expectations.

Education:
• BA, BS, Associates Degree or higher.
