Account Executive

Account Executive Responsibilities:
-Lead marketing initiatives by defining the objectives, aligning resources, developing briefs and other documents as necessary to communicate project details to core project team and stakeholder teams.
-Develop master schedule for execution of project deliverables and proactively inform project teams of key milestones to ensure that projects advance on schedule and align to the strategy.
-Foster collaboration between creative, print production, fulfillment, IT, and internal client to ensure each group is working together to project completion
-Maintain project status within online project management system
-Support of administrative tasks within projects including: Word documents, Excel Spreadsheets, and PowerPoint documents

Requirements:
-College degree, or Associate degree and 3-4 years related work experience
-Experience working in a advertising or marketing agency preferred
-Solid communications skills with written, interpersonal, and presentation
-Must be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision
-Must perform well under time-sensitive deadlines
-Must possess strong organizational skills and manage multiple large-scale projects at once
-Strong digital experience in website development and social & new media engagement
-Strong attention to detail with an analytic and creative eye
-Ability to handle pressure and challenging situations with a contextual mindset
-Ability to work in a team environment and create productive and consultative relationships with clients
-Desire to seek out and evaluate opportunities to add value
-Refined professionalism and demeanor
-Bright, energetic, collaborative, goal-driven personality
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
