Growing branding agency is looking to quickly add an account executive to their team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple clients across the agency’s core service areas and departments. You’ll get to work with incredibly talented, passionate, and entertaining people. You’ll be responsible for developing strategy, guiding creative, and ensuring work is done in agency process, on time, and on budget. And you’ll be able to build and mentor your own team of assistant account executives and interns.

• Account management experience in an agency setting
• Experience with integrated marketing plans, campaigns, and communication strategies (including branding, advertising, digital, media, market research, public relations, social media, etc.)
• Strong understanding of strategy
• Excellent at fostering and managing relationships (internal and external)
• Entrepreneurial mentality
• High personal/professional standards and a commitment to quality
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience presenting
• Multitasking pro
• Detail-oriented
• Fiscally responsible
• "Go with the flow" personality
• Dedicated work ethic—they are not a 9-5 company
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or communication
