Account Executive

Growing agency has an immediate need for an Account Executive. The primary function of the Account Executive is to serve as the link between the client and the agency. They are responsible for client satisfaction and contribute to the health of the agency by making accounts as profitable to the agency as possible. The position requires high degree of professionalism as well as excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key responsibilities:
• Responsible for client communications and compliance on client deliverables
• Maintain client satisfaction
• Manage schedules, budgets and deliverables
• Maintain financial reporting processes and ensure accountability
• Works closely with all internal departments in order to maintain continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities
• Communicate the client’s goals and represent the client’s interests to the internal team
• Coordinate and attend all internal meetings related to their client(s), including billing meetings
• Manage job/project flow by acquiring resources and coordinating efforts of team to ensure accurate and timely implementation and completion of projects
• Create/manage budgets and plans
• Contribute to the account planning process including strategy and tactical development
• Prepare estimates, work orders and timelines
• Support and attend market research and conventions if needed
• Create meeting/contact reports
• Analyze market and make recommendations to client and agency
• Manage multiple projects at any given time and see that all projects are given the required attention and are progressing smoothly

• Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
• Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
• High level of initiative
• Bachelor’s Degree

This is a temp-to-hire position. No relocation is offered.
