  • Maintain frequent client interaction and seek input regarding client satisfaction.
  • Execute projects and manage day-to-day account activities.
  • Assist in the development of project cost estimates and manage print production-related costs.
  • Primary liaison between Account Service and all internal departments and team members.
  • Ensure all pertinent project information is communicated to appropriate departments/team members.
  • Responsible for interpreting client needs into actionable internal direction.
  • Create production schedules, monitor activity and notify client of relevant fluctuations.
  • Ensure client sign-off/approvals are obtained on all appropriate phases of a project.

  • Contribute to and promote account teaming initiatives.
  • Manage data/copy coordination and integration into pre-print creative, data layout and table creation.
