We are looking for a talented Account Executive for our agency client in Indianapolis. If you have a digital marketing, client-facing background then I'm looking for you!  This position will be a combination of Account Services, Project Management and Digital Marketing skills. Strongly prefer to see candidates with agency and client-facing background.

In this position, your responsibilities will include:  

Identify and activate on ways you can grow in both competency and character. 
Embody the company's vision, mission, and core values. 
Build excellent partner relationships through being prepared, responsive, establishing clear expectations, and clear communication. 
Manage multiple partners and projects with an emphasis on results. 
Communicate the partner’s business, vision, and priorities to Sells Group; be the internal champion for 
your clients. 
Drive projects forward to hit specified timelines and goals. 
Utilize project management tools to keep deliverables organized and on budget. 

Requirements | 

BA/BS in communications, marketing, or public relations. 
2+ years of project management and/or client interaction experience. 
Must be able to manage multiple projects, work in a fast paced environment, be organized, problem solve and communicate effective deadlines with minimal supervision. 
Leader with an extremely high attention to detail. 
High level of business acumen. 
Works well under pressure / critical timelines. 
Past digital marketing experience a plus. 

Attributes | 

Candidate must be proactive and willing to continuously grow and learn. 
Must be flexible with schedule in order to meet deadlines and stay on top of high level objectives. 
Comfortable with uncertainty and the willingness to “roll up your sleeves” to figure things out. 
Hard working and sense of urgency.
