Account Executive NEEDED ASAP! TOURISM/AGENCY/TRAVEL EXP is a MUST!

We are seeking an exceptional Account Executive to work with local, regional and national
clients. The Account Executive is exceptionally thorough and organized, with strong verbal,
written and interpersonal communication skills. You are prepared to shoulder responsibility for
the client’s success, providing superb client service and counsel, conducting marketing
research and analysis, and assisting in all aspects of developing campaigns to run across
media platforms, including TV, online, print and radio. Teamwork, a strong work ethic and the
ability to meet deadlines are musts.

Responsibilities Overview:
• Provides daily assistance to assigned account groups and guides day-to-day
development of all client projects.
• Works hand-in-hand with agency Account Supervisor regarding client projects,
status, challenges and successes.
• Direct client interaction, assistance and counsel as needed to ensure client success.
• Assists with the placement and production of client marketing efforts, including print
media, online display advertising, search engine marketing, website development
projects, collateral material, and broadcast production.
• Responsible for development/execution of ongoing account maintenance work,
including budgets, meeting notes, scheduling, opening jobs, status reports and
preparation of materials for client meetings.
• Conducts research as needed in the development of reports, media plans and
marketing strategies.
• Supports online marketing efforts through social media outreach and website design
and maintenance.
• General research, website analytics and data analysis.
• Reviews media and creative work prior to submitting to client and obtains client
approvals.
• Reviews and checks all billing for accuracy.
• Collaborates with Account Supervisor and Director of Account Management to
develop annual projections for assigned clients.
• Participates in client meetings and presentations, as needed.
• Some minimal travel required.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or
related.
• Significant knowledge of online marketing and the digital space.
• Passion for advertising, strategizing, contributing to a team.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Preferred 3-5 years experience at an advertising agency.
