Account Executive - Direct Response Agency

Our client is a committed Direct Marketing agency who is growing their LA presence. Headquartered in Washington DC, they create engaging materials and campaigns that move people to action. We are looking for an ambitious self-starter needed to serve as a Senior Account Executive for a direct response marketing agency that serves as a fundraising and membership consultant for numerous non-profit organizations.

Responsibilities include serving as the day-to-day client contact and managing all aspects of direct mail production for multiple projects. The position also assists in the strategy development of the client’s fundraising and membership program as it relates to direct response (to include direct mail, telemarketing and digital services).
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years prior membership, fundraising and/or direct mail experience, be extremely well-organized, pay meticulous attention to detail, and able to multi-task. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are also necessary to be successful. Proficiency in Excel required. Must have experience with non-profits – either working for an agency or at a non-profit.

Requirements:
-Agency Experience preferably Direct Mail or Non-Profit
-Non-Profit experience not a must but definitely helpful as you will be interfacing with a primarily non-profit book of business
-Strength in project management
-Interfacing and communicating with the creative team to execute campaigns
-Attention to detail with previous successes in direct email campaigns including an understanding of how programming, creative, and account execs best function together
