Account Exec / Manager

Our client is a creative agency looking for a new Account Manager to join their rapidly growing team. They are going from strength to strength and have opened a European office alongside their London hub. They are currently a small-medium sized agency with big ideas and plans!

You must be happy operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be able to communicate at all levels and collaborate with clients and team members alike.

You will work across a variety of specialisms including print, digital, social, retail and experiential - relevant experience a must.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for day to day processing and management of all instructions given by appointed clients.
• Ensuring that instruction is relayed to the relevant department via creative briefs and, where relevant, briefing meetings.
• You will build up unique relationships with the appointed clients and maintain them.
• To provide general co-ordination and administrative support to the Account Director.

Ideal skills and experience:
• You will have at least 2 years relevant industry experience agency and/or client side.
• Plenty of initiative and enjoy working independently, but also be a strong team player.
• Strong communication skills and a good listener.
• Confidence to pitch and present creative work to clients.
• A sharp eye for detail - Accountable with good project management skills.
• Excellent commercial awareness and the need to control costs and project margins.
• Organised and concise
• Desirable but not essential, an awareness of production processes.
