Currently, our Federal team is seeking to grow its sales force. If you have experience selling into the U. S. Government and are interested in representing a solution that will help your clients reduce marketing spend and produce superior communications, then read on.

An Aquent Federal Account Director (AD) is much more than a sales person. You are the subject matter expert, the problem solver, confidant, advocate and trusted advisor to your clients. Clients seek you out to help them pick the right solution, navigate the procurement waters, and select resources that help get their idea on the map or product to the right audience.

This position requires new business development. That means high volumes of sales driven activities, including creating a strategic account growth plan in partnership with service delivery experts, and getting in front of key buyers, decision makers, ordering sources and influencers. No department or contact should be left behind! Examples of how you sold successfully across an enterprise will have your Aquent interviewers hungry for more!

You’ll lead the overall account growth strategy, manage all contracts and negotiations with senior members of your client’s procurement and contracts team, third-party vendor(s), hiring managers, and other key client and Aquent stakeholders. You will cross-sell Aquent’s solutions to achieve comprehensive account penetration with maximum exposure for Aquent’s services. The end result is to close multi-year contracts, and establish a presence across government agencies.
