This is truly an exciting opportunity to work with one of Sydney’s most engaging integrated agencies. This agency is humming along and in turn requires suits that are totally ‘hands-on’, on top of their game, managing creative requirements, time-lines and most importantly client expectations.
You will be working with experienced seniors in the business, so this provides the opportunity for a suit looking for the next step in their career work directly with awarding winning suits, planning & creative directors.
As the Account Director you will be responsible for strengthening client relationships whilst proactively managing the day-to-day activity and opportunities for strategic development of accounts. You will work closely with planners and creative to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard.

It will be down to you to use your creative style and negotiation skills to determine requirements, strengthen partnerships and successfully oversee everything from everything from strategy to TV, print, shopper and digital.
Role will involve leading and driving the account and development of integrated campaigns from strategy up front through to execution and delivery of final campaign materials with support of a dedicated AM.
This means:
§ Being a genuine self-starter that can rally a team together to drive the project to success.

§ Becoming the trusted first point of contact for all day-to-day client enquiries.

§ Working with clients to conceive and develop long-term creative strategies.

§ Identifying, qualifying and generating new business opportunities.

§ Working alongside your clients to ensure they are kept in the loop at all times.

§ Have and inquisitive mind thinking literally about message development and delivery.

It is mandatory that the person has work experience in creative agencies, and ideally they would have multi-national experience and/or have worked on consumer health clients or health service clients.

§ Excellent Communications – verbal, written interpersonal

§ Excellent time management skills

§ Excellent organisational skills

§ The ability to simplify the complex

§ Excellent understanding of digital and its part on integrated campaigns

§ Curiosity, honesty, and a passion for great communication

§ Outgoing personality with a sense of humor

§ 1-2 years experience at AD level (not up for a SAM)

§ Experience on consumer FMCG, Food & Beverage, Retail
