Account Director

As an Account Director you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day business across your client’s projects. Your client will come to see you as a trusted partner and will see you as the point for all new project briefs. As Account Director you will convert these briefs from PIP to WIP as you build a project team with the support of the agencies creative and production leads.

This role requires the Account Director to develop relationships with both clients and internal teams and decision-makers. The agency mix is varied and their responses utilise many in house creative disciplines. Work includes experiential sponsorship activation programmes, exhibition programmes, events, communications programmes, insight communications, brand guidelines for customer experiences, internal communication strategies, naming / branding creative strategies, social media and digital campaigns. They talk to all audiences; consumers, employees, business partners, investors and the community.

Key Responsibilities;


• Ability to build and grow strong client relationships, as well as displaying an understanding of the client business that allows us to help influencing their thinking
• Provide highly responsive client service ensuring very high levels of client satisfaction
• Manages reverse brief process with clients
• Propose new initiatives that help sustain and develop the account
• Effectively manages client communication, status updates and briefings to ensure the client is aware of delivery schedule
• Work closely with creative teams, production team and third party suppliers in developing briefs, timelines and running day-to-day the projects
• Responsible for enforcing all commercial agreements across; contracts, process, hourly rates, reporting and service model
• Accountable for all project revenue (meet/exceed revenue targets)




Experience:
• 6 + years experience working in an agency environment
• Has sound experience across multiple channels specifically events, experiential, digital, social media, content production and marcomms programs.
• The ability to work on and manage multiple projects concurrently
• Excellent presentation, communication and client liaison skills
• Team player, must be flexible, inclusive, positive and helpful
• Excellent attention to detail
