Are you amazing at sales, building relationships and have a passion to help grow accounts? If so, I have a full time opportunity with an awesome agency for an enthusiastic Business Development/Client Services Manager.

You will be responsible for identifying, contacting and closing business from the world’s emerging and leading lifestyle brands. In this role you will lead the entire sales process from establishing a prospect list to leading a cross discipline team through the pitch process and finally fostering the long-term relationship, so that both the client and the team are prepared to do their best work.

Responsibilities:

  • Meets or exceeds quota of $2.5M/annual in operated revenue
  • Builds strong, sustainable relationships with existing client contacts and prospective contacts
  • You are a creative thinker with analytical problem-solving skills
  • You are hard working with fierce attention to detail
  • You are an excellent public speaker and a master of slide decks
  • You have superior client management skills and experience building senior-level client relationships
  • You are able to adapt to a constantly changing environment


  • Experience:
  • 5-7 years of client services experience with 3-5 years successful solution sales experience, preferably consulting, digital, agency, or direct marketing industries
  • Agency experience a must, client-side marketing experience a plus
  • History of success with various project types including: web, mobile, brand and strategic consulting
  • Strong knowledge and experience in marketing and advertising with emphasis on digital marketing, direct marketing, strategy, analytics, technology and/or emerging trends
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills
  • Track record of successful client and account growth generating revenue and footprint within organizations
