An exceptional opportunity with an award-winning brand and design agency in Surry Hills is now available for a passionate, switched-on, mature and committed Account Director

Reporting into the Managing Director, you will be responsible for growing client partnerships by commitment to and idea generation for the clients and their brands.
As the successful Account Director, you can expect to managing various innovative and strategic advertising campaigns from initial brief and presentation through till project completion.
Your key role will be to strengthen existing client relationships, create new opportunities with existing clients and source new clients through networking and presentations, to create new business development opportunities for the agency.
You will join a passionate, fun young team who work together to deliver award-winning campaigns for their clients.

Key responsibilities include:
• Being the expert in account management!
• Being a key advocate for the agency
• Handle contract negotiations, estimate design and production, ensure cost effectiveness and profitability of all job
• Participate in all staff WIP production meetings. Ensure effective communication between all staff regarding work & deadlines
• Drive positive working relationships with clients and colleagues
• Mentor and develop an AE, AM, SAM


Skills required:

• Previous experience across within Property Marketing or a Branding Agency
• Must be customer service oriented with a great work ethic
• Well presented, confident and able to run training sessions
• High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Able to work in a fast paced environment and perform under pressure
• Must be keen and prepared to hit the ground running
