Client
Our client is the recently established in-house agency for an international FMCG powerhouse. It’s a really exciting environment as you will be part of an emerging team with great importance. As the in-house agency you will be pitching to the numerous brands within the greater brand. It’s a great opportunity to start or continue an agency career with some of the most recognizable international brands in the world.

Role
You are responsible for all quality, service and cost within your team. It is important that you  are a productive resource agreeing content plans and project managing their delivery. As an experience expert in all forms of content production, coordinate optimisation and measurement you are an essential pst of this team. This is a hybrid role combining specialist content production knowledge, with project management, work-flow management, and client communication. Your role is to inspire the team to deliver brilliant work in the most effective way and with an outstanding service ethos. Importantly, you are responsible for understanding the overall capacity of the studio onsite and the structure of the team.​

Key Responsibilities
Client Services – on boarding clients and servicing them in the most positive way possible. You are also the escalation point for our client if your clients or internal SLA's and processes are not adhered to.
Process – Setting up processes both from scratch and existing guidelines. You will need to be viligent of gaps as well.
​Workflow – Responsible for the timely delivery of projects, and the escalation point for project leads where this might not be the case.
Finance – Puts together operational income reports and responsible for timely billing.Project Delivery - Will lead on top tier projects, new business opportunities or new types of work. 
New Business development – Educate new clients and upsell existing clients
Team development – Overseeing direct and indirect reports. KPI setting.

Qualifications
Solid years of agency experience in a similar role
Knowledge of account management
Strong grip on finances
​At least a bachelors degree, preferably in marketing
International outlook
