What should I expect?
Here you will be working predominantly on health clients looking after and enhancing the business relationships they have built up with their clients. Alongside this, you will be looking for opportunities to expand the portfolio of work you would do for said clients, whilst securing new business: growing contacts, ensuring your presence within the industry and thus securing a strong pipeline of work. Also, you will be involved in the strategy of the agency as a whole, contributing to the direction of both your own role and the agency's within the market. Alongside this, you will build a strong team by identifying areas of improvement, inspiring them to learn and develop whilst keeping your own knowledge relevant and up to date!
What should my bakground be?
In an ideal world, you would have an extensive background within the health sector and also agency experience at AD/SAM level. That said, they are open to exploring those who are currently client-side. You need to be an effective communicator and ultimately, a leader. You have a genuine passion for your work which is evident in your approach to client services, project management and team management. You must also understand the important of research so I guess here if you've had exposure to UX, then winner winner; chicken dinner.
