This role will have you help lead the strategy and development for our biggest global priorities, engaging and managing multiple internal XFN partners and stakeholders. Day to day, the role could include:

Work with partners to develop a harder working creative/media brief. Working with partners to fully translate their goals and marketing strategies, adding strategic value and ensuring that they get the best results from the input Displaying powerful XFN leadership and presentation skills that invite participation and effect desired outcomes Ensuring work is on brief and ready to be shared for partnership feedback Leading cross-capability teams to deliver creative thinking and powerful ideas that meet brief objectives Using analysis to drive decisions (as opposed to taking orders) in a way that yields sustained, measurable results Building a culture of partnership with the Guild team (creative, media, measurement, strategy, project management) Setting partner's expectations through strong and consistent communication

Skills:
We're looking for someone with account management experience, who is looking to come in-house to do hard and challenging marketing work.
Ability to manage partners across multiple time zones and areas of expertise.
Four years of college education and 10-14 years of experience – including five years at a creative agency (both client side and digital agency experience desirable).
Strong experience managing partners (including client relationships), managing a marketing team and developing marketing strategy.

Superior analytical skills and strategic thinking – you're strong on both IQ and EQ, as adept at reading data as you are at reading clients Effective time-management, impeccable organization and the flexibility to adapt quickly to changes Superb communication and presentation skills – you're articulate, straightforward and engaging Demonstrated budget management and resource planning experience


Education: Bachelors Degree preferred
