A rare opportunity has become available for an Account Director to join a creative agency focused on inspiring people to change their lives through their way of thinking.
The position will involve looking after the entirety of the agency’s clients predominantly across Health, Government and Super. Naturally, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing client relationships whilst identifying opportunities to upsell. The majority of work covers video whether that be TVCs, social or outdoor. There’s a strong focus on digital multi-screen approaches aligning with the traditional aspects of the campaigns.
The agency defines itself as aiming to inspire others through behavioural change. Their culture is one of collaboration and with a size of ~40, they’re looking for someone with the same sense of energy and drive to join their strategic way of thinking, by being a story teller, an original thinker and passionate individual. This would suit someone who has charitable interests outside of work.
Your experience will ideally be agency side. Maybe you’re at one of the larger agencies and have realized that you would like a new direction, or are someone who has an inclination towards the charitable side of life. Preferably you will already be at AD level though we are willing to consider those looking to move from SAM to AD.
