My client is a global brand experience agency with 35-40 staff in their Sydney office. They are looking for a strategic Account Director to join their team of strategists and producers. The role would be focused on owning the client relationship and driving strategic conversations and ideation that in turn flow through to new projects and revenue growth within your client portfolio. This agency is focused on the overall brand experience and building brands from the inside out. Execution points could include brand experiences, content marketing & storytelling, experiential, sponsorship and service design, to name but a few.

There are mentoring opportunities, ability to champion and lead projects and flex your strategic and entrepreneurial instincts. Put simply, you excel with a blank piece of paper and love fleshing out new ideas with your clients. You will also enjoy the opportunity to work for an agency that promotes pursuing global opportunities within their network, attend top performers summits and value alignment awards.

You will be supported by a team of experienced producers, allowing you to focus on growing the client relationship. So the role is more focused on strategic client growth and less on project management.
