Account Director

By joining as an Account Director, you will be responsible for developing long term, sustainable client relationships. You will be expected to work closely with clients to produce creative plans, develop inspiring, creative briefs and prepare best in class pitches. In short, it will be your input that ensures every client receives great service from the agency.

Responsibilities:
• To sustain and develop existing client relationships
• To spot and act upon business opportunities
• To sustain and develop supplier relationships
• To lead and create agency and campaign pitch presentations
• To take projects/campaigns from start to completion
• To liaise and work with design and digital teams

Desired Skills and Experience:
• To have extensive knowledge in running marketing, branding and design campaigns
• To have a good understanding of print and digital formats
• To be organised, pro-active, friendly and have previous experience of a client facing role
• Proficiency in standard office software applications is a must. This job will require you to assist in creating presentations.
• Strong communication, time-management, leadership and collaboration skills
• A "no-panic" personality with great problem-solving skills
• A sense of humour, a positive attitude and a passion for creative work
• Experience in a similar account management role
• Experience of creating and controlling budgets and timelines
• Strong interpersonal/communication skills
• A commitment to high-quality output and service, with an eye for detail
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
