Our client, a multi-national digital agency, is currently hiring an Account Director, who will be responsible for partnering with, and ensuring the long-term success of a portfolio of customers who use the agency's digital, AdOps and print services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding their needs, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, and will liase between these customers and the company's cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of services according to their needs.

All candidates MUST have 2-5 years experience working experience in DIGITAL and, preferably, print ad production. Knowledge of digital ad operations, experience in offshore operations and transition management is ideal. He or she must have a strong customer focus, excellent listening skills, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence effectively at all levels of the organization, including senior level executives is required. He or she must have proven ability to manage multiple priorities while paying strict attention to detail, as well as deliver and meet client SLA’s. Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel required.

Key Responsibilities for this position include: Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matter specific to customers, build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, developing a trusted advisor role with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors, ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to their needs and SLA’s in coordination with the operations teams, communicate the progress of monthly, quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, facilitate weekly, bi-monthly or monthly touch-base meeting with customers who have requested or would benefit from them, coordinate special request reports and analysis with international team Account Managers per the customer’s needs, forecast and track key account metrics., identify and grow opportunities within these accounts and collaborate with sales team to ensure attainment.
