Im looking for an AD with extensive traditional / off-line media experience to manage a key client worth over $50 million p/a.

Im looking for someone with strong implimentational skills with experience dealing with a large corporate client/'s - automotive, telco's, finance or travel experience would be a distinct advantage. This is a demanding client so I need someone strong with the ability to clearly explain ideas and push back on the client when required. This role will have high engagement with the internal strategy team and will have direct access to the buyers required.

Role / Responsibilities;
- The Account Director (AD) main priorities are to ensure that exceptional service is provided to clients from the business team, and also mentoring and training junior staff.
- Direct reports’ will be Client Business Manager (CBM), Planner, Investor and Digital team members, depending on the individual group.
- The AD works closely with Group Business Director, to ensure that the product delivered to clients is superior quality and best in class.
- Manage the client business within your portfolio with support from GBD and be the main contact for all media related communication.
- Anticipate clients’ business needs and proactively approach them with media solutions to help grow their business.
- Ensure that clients are informed on general media industry topics which may affect their business.
- Manage the preparation of client documentation and financial reconciliation across client business.
- Ultimately responsible for managing the accurate and timely delivery of media reporting.
- Help develop & lead team to deliver the highest standard of work and service.
- Manage the workflow of the group to ensure that tasks are delivered on time and the team are continually learning.
- Seek and manage input from specialist teams for client business where relevant and ensure seamless integration with the specialist agency resources within client business (i.e Strategy, Analytics, Digital).
- Manage creative/innovative communication initiatives, that are driven from a clear strategic direction; work closely with the dedicated Strategic team from idea generation stage.
- Work in conjunction with the relevant Strategist and Investment Director throughout the day to day management of client business.
- Playanactiveroleinensuringthatuniqueandground-breaking implementation ideas are developed.
- Lead implementation planning process and execution in liaison with the Investment Team.
