As Aquent continues to expand, we’re seeking an Account Director to join our Amsterdam team who has a knack for seeking out new clients. This is a
position where innovative ideas are valued, efforts applauded, and achievements recognized.
About the role:
At Aquent, our Account Directors have some big responsibilities:
• Build and maintain a strong network of “C-Level” decision makers throughout the digital,
creative & marketing world;
• Champion our “A-Level” Talent by actively marketing them to prospect clients;
• Develop your Creative subject matter expertise to match the best Talent with the needs of
our clients;
• Deliver fanatical customer service through diligent & consistent quality checks with Clients
during assignments;
• Actively participate & network with professionals within the design community to stay on top
of industry trends & share your knowledge with others;
• Be an incredible team player who partners with our Agents, helping the team, our Talent, and
our Clients as we all get smarter and grow, grow, grow!
About you:
• At least 5 years track record connecting with clients, showcasing your assertive sales and closing ability, as well as demonstrated strength in all aspects of a consultative sales process;
• Working knowledge of the advertising, digital or interactive business, and familiarity with common interactive technology;

• Previously worked in the staffing industry and with creative and marketing departments (it’s a plus!);
• Account Management experience providing the utmost service to a customer base;
• Awesome networking abilities;
• Tech savvy.
