Account Director - Integrated Advertising

As a leader in creative communications this Sydney based agency has won numerous creative awards for innovation, humour and effectiveness within their campaigns.

We have been tasked with sourcing a talented Account Director to work across two of their key clients - one a well known suite of liquor brands and another a challenger brand within the QSR space. The bulk of the work at present is integrated TTL retail campaigns. This includes strategy, concept development and execution across TV, radio, digital and social. There is no POS within their remit or that day-to-day churn and burn of retail. However, they are currently working on a new brand platform with the view to launch this year, with more brand activity ensuing post launch.

For this role we are looking for a confident and quietly assertive Account Director who can command a room without a big ego. The agency culture is collaborative and supportive and for their team the personality fit coupled with great experience is key.

Requirements
- Strong agency leadership experience
- Strong commercial sense centred around strategically growing and maintaining agency profitability
- Excellent integrated campaign experience across TV, Radio, Experiential, Digital and print
- Strong presentation skills
- Good strategic insight and the ability to sell strategy in to clients
