Account Director - Integrated

Reporting into the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the overall planning and management of the account service team, managing and mentoring staff and leading on all client (retail & automotive) accounts.

The Account Director role will oversee the balance of the various agency departments (creative & digital), ensuring the client's objectives are also met.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Prepare, plan and develop cross marketing campaigns

• Understand the client's marketing objectives in terms of sales, market-share, competitor products

• Prepare reverse briefs where necessary, write studio briefs and ensure briefs from junior staff are accurate based of extensive marketing experience

• Experience and involvement in production at all levels

• Advanced budgeting, time management and project management skills are desirable

• Develop and maintain client relationships, growing the account wherever possible

• Ensure accurate account administration, manage large projects through the studio, and report to Directors as appropriate.


• Minimum 5-7 years industry experience, preferably working within a fully integrated advertising or marketing agency

• Must also have previous client facing experience, to be considered for the position

• Must currently be in an Account Director role or are an ambitious Senior Account Manager that is ready to step into a more senior position!

November/early December start date is ideal.
