Account Director - Experiential

Our client is a leader in the experiential and creative brand experience space. With offices around the world they have worked across some of the most memorable live events and brand experiential campaigns.

With a commitment to transforming their client's businesses through creativity they seek out people who are inspiring, insightful, committed and above all collaborative.

Currently we are looking for a dynamic Account Director to join their team. Working across a spread of clients all within very different categories - energy, airline, financial services, QSR and others.

As an Account Director in this agency you will be responsible for managing the day to day business across your client’s projects. Your client will come to see you as a trusted partner and will see you as the point of contact for all new project briefs. As Account Director you will convert these briefs from Proposal to WIP as you build a project team with the support of the agency's creative and production leads.
You will run projects yourself, at times supported by an Account Manager, or assign
this role to a Project Lead (for large integrated projects) while at all times keeping
close to the project ensuring our delivery exceeds the client expectations whilst satisfying the revenue requirements for the agency.

At all times you will be accountable for the overall client relationship and are expected to proactively pursue new client opportunities.

This role will see you build and grow strong client relationships and propose new initiatives
that help sustain and develop the accounts over time, constantly looking for opportunities to grow your clients business.

You will provide team leadership that rewards creativity, ensure that each creative brief and briefing is a clear communication of the clients objectives.

For this role we are looking for someone who has
- At least 5 years agency experience
- Strong strategic client service skills
- Strong financial and commercial sense (overseeing and managing project budgets)
- Strong leadership and management skills and experience.
- Must be a flexible team player
