The agency
This agency has become Australia’s leading Social and Content Marketing agency. Over a few short years they have captured a massive share of the market which has resulted in growth to global markets. With a dedicated focus on delivering strategic content and social marketing campaigns they’ve created some of the most engaging campaigns. As a result of growth they now have a new role on their content team for an Account Director with a strong focus on delivering strategic campaigns.

For this role we are looking for someone with 5+ yrs agency experience in either a digital or content agency with strong account management experience across both B2B and B2C brands. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience leading and managing more junior level candidates on the team.

[Tech skills required]
– An understanding of paid social media strategies and the key opportunities for amplification on social platforms.
– An understanding of different audiences and how to create content using appropriate and effective tone, style and formats.

[Personal Qualities]
– Enjoy a fast-paced role working in a progressive environment.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to confidently liaise with business decision-makers.
– Detail-oriented, highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work both independently and within a fast-paced team.
