Account Director - Branding

Currently looking for an Account Director to deliver outstanding creative and strategic solutions to client's, which exceed their expectations and meet the agencies budget and forecast requirement. The Account Director is responsible for building strong working relationships with key clients, managing and delivering projects on key Agency clients and providing guidance and mentorship to the Account Managers.

Responsibilities:
> Demonstrate dynamic leadership, management and team building skills.
> Mentor the Account Managers to assist them with growth and reaching their individual goals.
> Act upon all opportunities to grow the agency client base and maximise agency revenue.
> Formulate and make recommendations on long-range strategy plans & problems across your clients.
> Ensure that the strategic and creative recommendations presented by the agency are of the highest standard across your projects.
> Lead and drive key clients. Assuming a leadership position in the eyes of your clients and agency peers.
> Maintain a thorough understanding of our client’s brand offering along with competitor and category insights.
> Provide your agency peers with the clients perspective and business insights.
> In conjunction with the Client Services Director, manage the financial status of the accounts- monthly revenue and forecasting.
> Provide leadership and guidance on the day to day financial management of projects with the Account Managers.
> Write effective and engaging creative briefs born from insight, product and category understanding.
> Ensure that all agency resources are used efficiently and effectively on the clients business.
> Build on a strong and trusting working relationship with the key clients.
> In conjunction with the Account Managers, lead, prepare and present monthly competitive reviews across a selected group of client categories.
> Lead by example and adhere to the guiding principles of the agency in order to nurture a culture of creativity and collaboration.
> Make it your business to know your clients business – Understand your client, industry/sector, competitive context and trends.
