Account Director - Brand & Packaging

My client is a global, strategic, brand design consultancy that creates and builds inspiring, powerful and commercially effective brands through passion, dedication and intelligent thinking.

Their diverse, enthusiastic and down-to-earth team of brand strategists, client service professionals and designers understand brands intuitively and apply fresh thinking and creative approaches to client briefs to produce outstanding results.

With a key focus on Packaging the Account Director's role will be to lead, direct and take full responsibility for key client relationships ensuring that all projects are run efficiently, delivering quality creative solutions that are on time and budget whilst continuing to build stronger and more effective client partnerships. To adhere to agencies processes and procedures in the logistical and financial delivery of all projects, ensuring the successful management of the business built on data that is accurate and timely. To actively grow and develop the agencies global revenue by driving the development of current client relationships and providing support in the winning of new clients and business where required. To be a motivating and passionate advocate of the agency externally and of their clients’ business internally across the large agency network.

Client cultivation – quickly establishes successful relationships with both new and existing clients; soon becomes a ‘trusted advocate’ who is able to build a mutually profitable relationship; extends the agencies reach within the industry.
Compelling presentations – delivers memorable and effective presentations; commands attention and has the ‘savvy’ to adapt content and style to leave clients persuaded and impressed.
Delegation – harnesses the talent in their team by allocating decision-making and other responsibilities to the appropriate person; develops the skill levels within their team by carefully assigning the right task to the right person.
Coaching – facilitates the skill development of their team by providing clear, specific performance feedback and making or bringing out specific suggestions for improvement; builds confidence and improves self-esteem in their employees.
Strategic thinking – anticipates future consequences and trends accurately; brings the creative ideas and initiatives of others into existence; recognises strategic opportunities for change; creates competitive and breakthrough strategies.

If you have 5years+ experience in the Australia or New Zealand markets and would like to see what working life in Singapore is all about then this could be the opportunity for you. Together my client and I are searching for two account directors with previous experience in Brand, Packaging and POS.
