Vitamin T has a great opportunity with one of our agency clients that is in need of an Account Coordinator. This position is contract-to-hire.

In this position, you will be asked to:
The Account Coordinator (AC) is the main supporting role to the Account Manager (AM) and works closely with clients and the internal team to execute successful inbound marketing programs. This person should have strong skills in organization, attention to detail and effective relationship management, as well as have some knowledge and/or a high level of interest of inbound & digital marketing (to include content, social media, SEO, PPC, email marketing) to help execute our clients inbound marketing programs. This candidate should also want to move into an Account Management role, which the AC role would prepare this person for.
Coordinate the flow of deliverables between the clients and the internal team; keep client programs on track by securing timely feedback and approvals from clients, hold the clients and our team accountable for due dates; communicate to clients the importance of timely responses
Assist the AM in reviewing deliverables to ensure they are of high quality prior to providing them to the client for review
Build timelines & task lists in our client's proprietary project management system.
Be responsible for keeping teamwork up to date for your assigned clients
Hold weekly production meetings and mid-week huddles as needed to keep projects and tasks on track
Build strong relationships with the clients to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction; help manage client expectations and keep projects on timeline and budget
Extensive collaboration with internal team
Support the AM in executing client digital/inbound strategy and associated campaigns to drive client results
Document important information from client SME interviews; assist the Account Manager in creating job orders for content deliverables in order to communicate direction from client and Account Manager to internal team for execution
Create and send clients weekly status emails
Attend weekly or biweekly client status meetings led by the AM; send client status meeting recap emails and next steps
Create a deep knowledge of clients’ businesses and goals

The ideal candidate will have:
No more than 3 years of experience as an Account Coordinator/Project Coordinator
Previous agency experience
Good written and verbal communication skills
Previous results in achieving goals both individually as well as part of a team
A teamwork attitude
A desire to want to grow with our client is a must
