Aquent is looking for an Account Coordinator to join our client's creative team. Looking for a process driven individual to manage multiple creative projects and deadlines.

Job Overview
-Works with clients and creative team members to create compelling marketing communication materials that meet/exceed business requirements.
-Manages details of numerous projects, including schedule, creative input and integration into usage at resorts.
-Performs the following types of basic tasks: analysis, auditing, budgeting, forecasting, programming, research, report generation, and software integration.
-Responds to, solves and makes decisions on standard/routine business requests with limited risk.
-Responsible for own work and contributing to team, department and/or business results. May direct work of non-management staff.
-Assists more senior associates in achieving business results by:
− utilizing technical knowledge and skills to enhance business processes.
− establishing priorities for self and, where appropriate, others.
− allocating own time effectively to meet goals in a manner that does not disadvantage other associates or groups.
− contributing to department/unit budget as appropriate (i.e., input, following guidelines, etc).

Specific Expected Contributions
• Work with internal clients, Account Executive and production team to initiate, create and integrate marketing communications into usage at sites.
• Support Account Executive in strategy and Integrated Communications Plan development.
• Keep multi-functional team updated on changes occurring at various sites, and proactively determine which communications pieces are affected.
• Manage creative development and production timelines.
• Provide creative team with pertinent, compelling and timely input.

Requirements
• One to three years of advertising agency experience.
• Detail-oriented.
• Able to work well in cross-functional team environment.
• Able to successfully handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive and service-oriented.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant area of study strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
