The Retail Account Coordinator provides both administrative and creative support to the Retail Account Manager ensuring projects are developed and executed in an efficient manner. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, have the ability to manage multiple projects and demonstrate problem-solving abilities. The coordinator will also have the opportunity to actively participate in marketing projects by pitching ideas and concepts. This position will include some travel to trade shows and other special events.
- Maintain/update retail promotional calendars.
- Distribute weekly partner agenda.
- Distribute bi-monthly reports.
- Update projects and document partner artwork revisions in RoboHead.
- Maintain catalog/e-tailer purchase order matrix and order forms.
- Place product sample orders for trade shows and special events.
- Assist/attend trade shows and other special events.
- Monitor retail partner websites to ensure they are using our current brand standards, package images, and testimonials.
- Monitor retail partner websites for pricing, promotions, and product reviews/comments. Notify Retail Account Manager of any negative comments, etc.
- Assist with new account or product launches including updating partner presentations, product profiles, and placing sample orders.
- Conduct ongoing competitive research within partner accounts.
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent entry level coordinator experience
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Creative thinker with the ability to prioritize and problem solve
- Organized and detail oriented
- Proficient in MS Office i.e. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
