Account Coordinator

Partner Sales Representatives are the main point of contact for our business Partners, creating a simple, beautiful and intuitive experience for Partners and prospective Customers. You will coordinate with our EMEA Partners and work cross-functionally with experienced Account and Partner Managers. 

You have good analytical and relationship-building skills, along with the entrepreneurial drive to initiate and lead sales conversations. You are creative on identifying the best solutions and commercial approach and able to work & coordinate with our Partners. You demonstrate strong project management capabilities, and are excited to actively coordinate across multiple stakeholders to get things done. You are the operational champion of our client management and lead day-to-day relationships with stakeholders. 

Responsibilities: 
- Orchestrate the flow of inbound leads to our focus Partners. 
- Organize regular pipeline reviews to ensure pipeline information is thorough and accurate, and secure the target conversion rate. 
- Engage with Customers when a point of contact is required to progress with the Opportunity, and involve the Field Sales Rep when needed. 
- Ensure the integrity of client information is maintained in the database systems. 
- Responsible for achieving quarterly targets such as number of closed opportunities, number of daily activities/tasks, etc. 
- Support Partners with their doubts about the new licensing model and tools, while creating a new Playbook for Partners. 

Minimum qualifications: 
- BA/BS degree in economics, IT, communication studies, social science or geoscience or equivalent professional education with business focus. 
- Ideally first experience in proactive customer outreach and direct customer interaction/customer contact. 
- English fluency. Another language deemed a plus. 
- Strong written and spoken communications skills. 
- Analytical skills and a high level of self-motivation. 
- Structured and solution-oriented approach. 
- Outgoing personality with proactive, resilient and service-driven attitude. 
- Authenticity and self-confidence, ability to work independently. 

Preferred qualifications: 
- Additional language skills would be beneficial. 
- Technical interest. 
- A team player that feels comfortable in a dynamic, international and multicultural environment. 
- Experienced in working with clear targets. 
- Knowledge and experience with CRM tools advantageous.
