Our top entertainment client is hiring a Marketing Coordinator for a one year contract offering full benefits, that is likely to go full time.

The Marketing Coordinator supports the sales efforts for these lines of business: Program Sales, Private Networks and Consumer Products. Specifically, the coordinator supports both the logistical execution, and design and creation of tradeshow activities and all event graphics plus all sales collateral used by the various teams throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Directly create or work with internal creative Agency and Global Events groups to produce:
i. Catalogues & Vimeo clips
ii. Tradeshow booth artwork
iii. Sales brochures, one-sheets, posters, e-communications, ads, etc.
iv. Consumer Products brand sales decks
v. Promotional brand reels
vi. Internal and External Market Newsletters

2. Work with supervisor or Consumer Products Marketing team to brainstorm creative marketing strategies, integrated marketing solutions and innovative brand extensions to propel each of our lines of business (LOB) and, as assigned, project lead global licensing and/or commercial initiatives.

3. Oversee all creative aspects of our central Global Enterprises website, including front page “shout outs” & videos, building market specific pages with images and content and ensuring that all text & logos are current and reflect accurately the status of each LOB activities. (some html knowledge required)

4. The coordinator is the lead creative and marketing planning contact supporting Private Networks; producing brochures, sales sheets, vimeo clips and booth artwork for tradeshows twice yearly.

5. Manage all Silver Spring based invoice processing, premium ordering, printing and collateral storage and distribution.

6. Support the Program Sales teams with central coordination of market registration, event space invoicing and vendor negotiations around all tradeshows.

7. Ad hoc work for team such as creating email signatures, converting files, general troubleshooting, creating vimeo clips, ordering/finding photos, setting up screening rooms, designing business cards, etc.

8. Manage the shipping, organization and distribution of all locally produced sales collateral; including catalogs, premiums, newsletters, etc.

• Bachelors degree required, with concentration in marketing and graphic design.
• Must have strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (photoshop, illustrator, dreamweaver and InDesign).
• Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic html coding experience and interest in website design and marketing.
• Minimum of 1 successful year of brand or consumer products marketing experience.
• Ability to multi-task and manage simultaneous deadlines in a department that serves many time zones, cultures and business units worldwide.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills, good written and verbal communication and problem solving skills are a must.
• Ability to learn internal and external database systems to source photos, program details, competitive research insights, etc.
• Proactive thinker who will strive to see the team succeed and contribute to the overall strength of the department via their professional work ethic and optimistic attitude.
• Knowledge in the technical area of television or licensing a plus.
