The Corporate Account Specialist (CAS) is a position of key importance within our clients SME organization. The CAS provides strategic and tactical support for the client base, forming long-lasting relationships with Travel Managers, ensuring program success. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients, developing strategic relationships with those clients and growing the share of travel with the company. The CAS will also need to show period-over-period revenue growth, long-term profitability & client retention, and provide quarterly and annual business reviews to stakeholders of all layers of the client’s organization, including the C-level suite.

Candidates must have proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment and have the capability to work both independently and as part of a team while balancing client demands and independent project requirements successfully. The successful candidates must also have demonstrated experience working in a corporate travel and/or account management based environment where duties included client retention, strategic portfolio management and revenue growth. Finally, successful candidates will have strong qualitative and quantitative/ technical, customer service & account management skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•The primary responsibility of the Corporate Account Specialist is to optimize the customer engagement process and reinforce the value of transacting with our client.
•The Corporate Account Specialist will own the client relationship from launch through the life of their partnership, providing strategic support and engagement while ensuring that the total share of corporate travel spend remains and grows with our client.
•The CAS is the voice of the client, the advocate on product and service needs and must be able to learn the in-depth knowledge of our client’s products and offerings and prove the value.
•The CAS will have a high bias for action, and a keen sense of attention to detail. Effective written and verbal communication is paramount and expected for all final customer-facing documents & messaging.
