LOCATION: San Francisco
START DATE: ASAP
CONTRACT: Mon-Fri | 40-hours/week | 1-year
PAY: $22-$27/hr (Based on experience)

OUR FORTUNE 500 RETAIL/ECOMMERCE CLIENT IS IN NEED OF AN ASSOCIATE PRODUCER TO JOIN THEIR TEAM!

WE ARE:
A dynamic, high performing, growing team responsible for digital content production for a major local fashion retailer's ecommerce channel. We do in-house what most companies use agencies for, and we pride ourselves on flawless execution in an environment of growth oriented change. We work collaboratively with our cross-functional partners in Marketing, Creative, and Front-End Development to produce a best in class online shopping experience visited by over a million people per day.

WE NEED:
Someone sharp and quick to join us in the Associate Producer role, executing on time, on strategy global digital campaigns and projects for online marketing initiatives across desktop, mobile, and email channels. The Associate Producer executes campaign project management processes to bring digital content to life across channels and markets. They are an interactive project owner, guiding cross-functional teams to execute tasks and deliverables on time, and ensuring that scope and schedule expectations are clearly defined. They collaborate with internal marketing, design, and development teams to successfully launch multiple concurrent projects within a cross-functional front-end content production pipeline.

THIS INCLUDES:
· Responsibility for asset traffic management and milestone tracking for multiple concurrent marketing content launches across desktop, mobile and email channels
· Manages scope and deliverables for designated digital campaign and project launches, including change management
· Escalates to find alternative solutions when business, site quality or customer experience is at risk
· Tracking and recording campaign progress, including creative reviews and approvals, production validation and delivery, QA and successful deployment
· Develops clear build specifications for developers, reflecting a working understanding of frontend web technology
· Acts as an advocate within the brand for overall quality and accuracy; exceptional ability to balance stakeholder interests with efficiency
· Advanced working knowledge and prior experience with modern web project and collaboration tools (e.g. Smartsheet, JIRA, Asana, AtTask, Google Drive, etc..

Someone who loves working with people to solve problems. You like to keep people focused and moving towards common customer experience goals. You see how small details impact the much bigger picture, and pride yourself on anticipating issues before they arise. You know how to manage multiple projects, personalities and problems all at once with grace and humor. You self-correct. You explain technology to nontechnical stakeholders, and communicate business needs and strategy to programmers with ease.

QUALIFICATIONS:
· Prior experience with web (and/or email) production and release processes, including direct experience with digital content management tools and technologies
· 1-3 years of detailed task planning, creative or technical project management experience, preferably in the retail or agency space
· Interactive Producer background a plus
· Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript/JQuery
· Highly detail and process-oriented
· Self-motivated and driven. Ability to work well independently and within a group setting
· Excellent oral/written communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
