PAY:  $36.87/hr

** A FORTUNE 500 RETAIL COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR AN EXCEPTIONAL ASSOCIATE MARKETING MANAGER (EMAIL)! **

This job contributes to the company’s success by supporting and assisting in the development and implementation of marketing plans and programs for ecommerce via the email channel.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Works closely with the ecommerce marketing team to understand business initiatives and campaigns to build out email channel strategies and plans 
  • Partner closely with the creative team to create creative briefs, brief in work, and handle reviews in support of email campaigns and offers 
  • Manage the relationship with the email service provider and other third parties to identify opportunities to drive efficiency in email production, QA, and deployment as well as managing deliverability and finding ways to innovate within the email channel 
  • Looks for opportunities to improve processes and establish effectiveness/efficiencies for managing the email program 
  • Create weekly reporting and analysis about email performance and use those insights to continually improve on the program 
  • Utilize knowledge of the email channel and conversion funnel to help the marketing and business teams drive the business 

MUST HAVE:

  • 3-5 years prior experience supporting direct-to-customer digital marketing communications within a corporate or agency environment 
  • Strong understanding of email best practices, metrics and associated KPIs 
  • Experience with lifecycle marketing 
  • Excellent project management, problem solving and organizational skills 
  • Strong attention to detail and expertise in managing and prioritizing multiple projects/campaigns in a fast-paced, nimble yet deadline-driven environment 
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills; enthusiasm and ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team with capacity to build new and efficient approaches through industriousness and adaptability; Experience working with outside vendors/agency partners. 
  • Excellent communication skills; present ideas clearly and concisely, both in writing and in person 
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable distilling data into insights/optimization opportunities 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience
