***Our fortune 500 fashion client is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team!***

OVERVIEW:
Support the development of an integrated and brand-right commercial plan that drives traffic and engages customers. Responsible for incorporating consumer insights, brand positioning, marketing, and product strategies in everything they do.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain visual calendar of all commercial window messages, applying customer vantage point to all elements of marketing
• Assist in development of monthly marketing hindsight
• Analyze competitive landscape regularly to stay ahead of new ideas/trends in the market
• Assist in the development of creative briefs associated with all in-store commercial activity
• Partner closely with the Project Management team to ensure flawless execution of concepts with regards to budget, scope and schedule
• Partner closely with the Seasonal Windows & In-Store team to create a holistic and seamless experience for our customers across all in store touch-points
• Interact with various internal departments to ensure that commercial activity is a cohesive customer experience between channels
• Oversee commercial communications with the regions and with the Store Operations team for all promotional marketing
• Responsible for print in-store promotional signage requests
• Manage daily maintenance of the brand calendar and commercial plan
• Develop strong working relationships with Online, Store operations, Seasonal Windows and In-store marketing, Media, Inventory Management, Marketing Project Management and Central Payments teams

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have at least 3-5 years of marketing/promotional experience, pref. in retail, apparel, luxury, real estate or entertainment brands
• Bachelors degree required
• Ability to think strategically and apply to commercial planning
• Ability to influence cross functional peers
• Strong written and communication skills with ability to provide clear, articulate feedback
• Open to giving and receiving constructive feedback
• Ability to manage up
• Proven ability to build effective business relationships with key stakeholders
• Project Management experience a plus
• Detail oriented with a high sense of urgency and ability to prioritize workload
• Positive attitude with consistent solution-oriented approach
