** A FORTUNE 500 RETAIL COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR AN EXCEPTIONAL ASSOC. MARKETING MANAGER! **

OVERVIEW:

This person will be supporting and assisting in the development and implementation of marketing plans and programs via the mobile channel. The role will involve working collaboratively across teams to support marketing activities, drive the evolution of the channel, and streamline conversion through the channel. Strong attention to detail as well as the ability to manage timelines and multiple projects at the same time is required. 

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Works closely with the seasonal and channel marketing team to understand business initiatives and campaigns to build out mobile channel strategies and plans 
  • Partner closely with the creative team to create creative briefs, brief in work, and handle reviews in support of mobile campaigns and offers 
  • Manage the overall mobile content calendar balancing priorities across multiple businesses and organizations 
  • Looks for opportunities to improve processes and establish effectiveness/efficiencies for managing mobile from calendar, briefing, build, and QA 
  • Create weekly reporting and analysis about mobile performance and use those insights to continually improve on the program 
  • Utilize knowledge of the mobile channel and conversion funnel to help the marketing and business teams drive the business 

    MUST HAVE:
  • 3-5 years prior experience supporting direct-to-customer digital marketing communications within a corporate or agency environment 
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, metrics and associated KPIs 
  • Experience managing complex campaign/editorial calendars 
  • Experience writing creative briefs and working closely with creative teams to deliver assets that are on brief 
  • Excellent project management, problem solving and organizational skills 
  • Strong attention to detail and expertise in managing and prioritizing multiple projects/campaigns in a fast-paced, nimble yet deadline-driven environment 
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills; enthusiasm and ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team with capacity to build new and efficient approaches through industriousness and adaptability; Experience working with outside vendors/agency partners. 
  • Excellent communication skills; present ideas clearly and concisely, both in writing and in person 
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable distilling data into insights/optimization opportunities 

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience
