** A FORTUNE 500 FASHION RETAILER IS LOOKING FOR AN ASSISTANT MANAGER, RETAIL MARKETING **

SUMMARY:
This position will coordinate the planning and execution of retail marketing programs to drive traffic and conversion at owned and operated retail store locations. The primary focus will be tactical support of US retail stores and omni-channel initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

OUTLET & MAINLINE MARKETING:
• Develop and implement retail marketing programs that are innovative, creative and demonstrate return on investment; both immediate as well as long term
• Establish and manage mall center relationships and foster on-going communication with marketing contacts in order to identify and participate in relevant promotional opportunities, which drive awareness, traffic and sell-through at all retail locations
• Develop traffic driving initiatives that leverage communication channels like digital, social media, traditional media, events, etc
• Maintain alignment and coordinate outlet marketing initiatives with mainline and e-commerce marketing where applicable
• Identify local needs and opportunities for stores, including sponsorship evaluation, event requests and marketing materials
• Coordinate and manage work-streams and partnerships with various 3rd party vendors-media agency, creative agencies, outlet mall landlords

OVERALL MARKETING SUPPORT:
• Analyze the performance – both quantitative and qualitative- of our consumer and retail marketing programs and develop recaps showcasing ROI
• Coordinate and communicate with Retail Marketing initiatives and campaigns in conjunction with Consumer Marketing, Retail Operations, Brand Environment teams, etc
• Manage Retail Marketing calendar and distribute to cross functional stakeholders
• Assist in the development of seasonal consumer and retail marketing creative briefs, collateral production and participate in the creative development process
• Manage and track retail marketing budgets, invoices, PO’s, etc
• Coordinate with agency partners on monthly recaps focused on our retail programs
• Partner with senior marketing manager to identify key national and regional tent pole moments to activate at retail

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field of study
• 1-3 years of relevant marketing experience requested (retail or apparel industry experience a plus!)
• MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills required
• Strong project management skills and experience with retail analytics
• Role requires excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
• Must be team oriented, but also have the ability to work independently
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Travel required; up to 10%
