** A FORTUNE 500 FASHION COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR AN EXCEPTIONAL ASSET COORDINATOR! ***

The Asset and Account team drives the process and pipeline for all online marketing and product imagery that is photographed at our studio and on location. The team owns the inputs and outputs of asset creation, selection, retouching, and approvals.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Work with Photo Planning team to determine which images are applicable to projects being presented for both teams; organizes and outputs images.
• Upload, organizes, and sorts assets to Store Portal/FTP sites as needed
• Meta-tagging of digital assets as appropriate and necessary (including but not limited to date shot, season, placements, usage, launch dates)
• Timely fulfillment and delivery of asset orders and inquiries
• Keeping track of all images shot
• Running reports out of our photo database and creating folders to house assets to pass to Digital Techs
• Alt View and leverage workflow and organization -- Owns coordinating all aspects of Alt View leverages: including MC inputs, tracking usable shots, moving assets to/from the photo studio and back again, adding reference thumbnails to tracking document and Photo Base IDs
• Retouch requests for internal and external retouch teams – converting images into PDF contact sheets for art directors to markup, organizing images before and after retouch, submitting forms for retouching, and creating a contact sheet of retouched images
• Batch watermarking images in Adobe Bridge, as needed
• Archiving of assets
• Attending creative review meetings to capture and act upon retouch comments
• Assist the Digital Asset Manager on documenting workflows, testing, and communication, as needed
• Image searches, for assets shot by both overarching teams, for fast-tracked project needs, and inform upcoming projects of what is available to use

Required Skills and Experience
• BA/BS degree
• Highly organized, reliable, and self-motivated
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
• Proactive, outside-the-box thinker who can anticipate roadblocks and proactively address them
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Familiarity with Adobe products (Bridge, Photo Shop, Acrobat)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience adding metadata is a plus
• Experience with Box, Global Edit, and Smartsheet is a plus
