ANZ Marketing Manager

Firebrand are excited to be partnering with this leading Software and Technology Solutions company who are currently searching for a ANZ Marketing Manager. This senior management position is responsible for leading the marketing strategy in the ANZ region, as well as managing all tactical details to ensure success. This includes channel marketing activities to support indirect sales model, end-customer demand generation, regional events, and public relations to raise the company's profile in the region and support continued aggressive revenue growth. This is a working manager role, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on work to achieve results. Reporting to the VP and managing a team of 6+ this is a business that encourages creative thinking
to achieve business objectives.

The company is a very fast paced, high growth company in a red hot technology market, so innovative thinking must be balanced with the experience to provide solid counsel and achieve measurable results.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manages and collaborates with the Marketing Associates, Field Marketing Managers, Product Marketing Manager, Events Manager, PR Manager and Communications Specialist to ensure alignment and synergies, ensures that marketing campaigns support revenue objectives and all duties and responsibilities of each position are completed satisfactorily
• Creates strategies that generate consistent lead flow for both online and offline campaigns that drive demand for the products
• Works closely with entire marketing team (creative, writers, Product Strategy, Product Managers, SEM, web production, Field Marketing, campaign analytics, PR, Events) to ensure high quality and timely regional campaign execution
• Defines clear campaign metrics and reporting standards; rapidly analyses and refines campaigns based on feedback from field marketing, sales and channel to achieve successful outcomes
• Evaluates results of marketing activities and facilitates continuous improvement over time
• Works with Global counterparts to prioritise and develop best practice marketing campaigns that support customer acquisition, penetration, cross-selling, revenue and branding goals
• Develops monetary forecasts and budgets for the ANZ region and assist with the implementation of said budgets
• Builds relationships with alliance partners
• Consistently reviews existing marketing programs to ensure ROI and overseas the development of new and creative marketing campaigns to generate leads
• Manages regional product launches
• Launches localised Global Campaigns
• Overseas all event coordination for the region
• Overseas all communications for the region to drive alignment and execution success
• Manages day-to-day running of the marketing team and prepares development plans for individuals to further the skills of the team
• Hires and manages additional staff members as the team grows
• Performs other duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing or related area (A viable combination of education and experience will be considered)
• 6-10 years’ technology marketing experience in managing multi-touch marketing campaigns (i.e., social, online, email, direct mail, print, events) to customer and through the channel
• Strong working knowledge of the ANZ technology community, culture and players
• Proactive, results-oriented outlook, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Salesforce.com with a focus on leveraging it to plan, execute and track campaign performance
• Must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter with the desire to grow within the organization
• Must be able to work autonomously and in cooperation with both the local sales team and the global marketing team
