AD / Senior Account Director - Financial Services Experience!

The purpose of this role is to oversee a team responsible for the servicing of a range of clients whilst directing and growing the business.

The Account Director will oversee and manage the Account Managers and Account Executives in the team and reports into the Managing Director who has overall responsibility for the team.

You are expected to collaborate and share learning and experiences with the wider team and to contribute to the agency as an active member of the business.

• Analytical, able to interpret data and develop strong and relevant assumptions
• Creative and innovative, ideas orientated
• Have a great eye for detail
• Can identify improvements and new initiatives
• Ensure all work produced is considers the overall brand strategies of each client

• Confident presentation skills. Demonstrate a clear, lively and engaging style
• Able to articulate and expresses ideas clearly and succinctly
• Be a good listener and interprets others well
• Calm under pressure, clear thinker
• Have solid conflict management skills, negotiation and problem solving
• Strong people management skills, have the ability to manage expectations
• Good at Motivating others
• Collaborative and supportive team player
• Intuitive with good emotional intelligence
• Have excellent multi-tasking skills
