Successful experience in a high volume/transactional sales or account management role. Comfortable with making 50-60 calls/day. Comfortable in a face paced ever changing environment.

Our client is seeking an experienced, inside sales rep for their North America team. This new role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to help their partners adopt the new purchasing solution. This rep will be focused on helping the team enter into new verticals and create new use cases for its product suite.

This role will own and lead strategic new business development which will (1) help Sellers launch the purchasing solution on their site, (2) serve to define future sales and product strategies (3) generate significant incremental buyer and seller awareness.

With over 200 million active customer accounts, our client helps merchants increase conversions by offering a trusted and convenient alternative payment service that customers can use when they transact off of our clients portal.


Roles & Responsibilities:
Generate incremental transaction volume, payment volume, and buyer and Seller awareness through large, strategic client acquisition
Work to create custom programs that drive the adoption of medium/large merchants/retailers with whom we would otherwise not be able to work.
Be accountable for driving, measuring, and reporting on key inputs and outputs in Salesforce.com and other reporting systems.


Basic Qualifications
2 years of experience in B2B business development or complex sales engagements
Strong analytical skills
Bachelor's degree/ MBA preferred
Proactive attitude and willingness to roll up sleeves and dig deep to achieve goals
Experience with B2B sales
Proven negotiating skills and influencing abilities
Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
Experience working with new products/services in new markets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
Detail-oriented


Preferred Qualifications
4 years of experience in B2B business development or complex sales engagements
Exceptional analytical skills
MBA preferred
Proactive attitude and willingness to roll up sleeves and dig deep to achieve goals
